What is Cyberstance? 
A "cyberstance" is a term I coined to describe a protection footprint businesses need to thwart a majority of cyber attacks.  The intent of this website is to provide freely available resources from the internet that you may not know about and to add the ability for me to correspond with anyone needing help to create a sound strategy that protects themselves against cyber threat.   Right now this is a free service but going into the future it may change.  Visit the Services page to see the services available.

About me and my motivation for this website.
I am a graduate of the University of South Florida and have my Master's in Science focused in Cyber Forensics.  I am also an Adjunct Cyber Operations professor at University of Arizona.   I have taught at cyber conferences where I have met many people running small businesses that don't have the capital to spend on cyber defense like the bigger companies.  After all, business owners themselves are experts in their field, however, they most likely are not be cyber experts.  That's where this site would like to help.
I have been a cyber consultant for over 20 years, actually, it was just known as security consultant back in the day...LOL.  I have worked in the Department of Defense, Healthcare, Financial, Education, and with Threat sharing organizations.  What I am not, is a penetration tester, a script kiddie, or a reverse engineer.  My expertise is in cyber defense strategy, hence the idea behind creating a cyberstance.
